Electronic Test Technician/Engineer

£20-25K plus overtime (time and a third), life assurance, childcare vouchers, subsidised canteen, career progression

8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-1.30pm Friday

Are you Engineer or Technician from an Electronics background looking for a permanent role offering overtime, on the job training and excellent career progression, for a well-established family run company with over 200 staff on site?

The position is based in Enniskillen in Northern Ireland, an attractive town offering excellent water-sports, shopping and entertainment. My client is willing to conduct interviews via Skype for those candidate who are not currently local but wish to move to the area.

The role focuses on testing and Diagnosing Electronic sub-assemblies within a production environment in a client facing environment.

Therefore: tasks will include:

1.Develop Test Procedures to meet Customer test requirements and Test electronic assemblies in line with related Test Procedures
2.Liaise with customer design engineers as necessary to rectify any issues as the arise and prepare technical customer feedback reports
3.Diagnose faults within Electronic assemblies

To apply you should have:

1.Academic/working background in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
2.Relevant work experience in an electronic diagnostic Test Technician role
3.Experience of diagnosis and fault finding using a variety of test equipment
4.Relevant industrial experience in diagnosing problem electronic assemblies.
