Facilities by ADF is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be 17th Edition and Inspection & Testing Certified.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Bordon, Hampshire

Salary: £33,800 pa (plus overtime)

Facilities by ADF provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for dramas and major features.

Our smart, efficient hire fleet includes artiste trailers and departmental trucks for costume, make-up and production offices, as well as diners and honeywagons.

Electrician – The Job:

The position is based out of Bordon, the role is varied and unique to our operation. The role has a number of key elements; to design and install electrical installations for new build vehicles, manage and carry out our annual fleet NIC electrical tests, the management and testing of portable distribution equipment and occasionally deal with call outs. Call outs are however infrequent and in the main its fault finding telephone guidance to our onsite crews. It is anticipated that this role will increasingly become a management role to manage our electrical compliance and team as the company grows.

Electrician – You:

Knowledge of BS 7909 or experience of installing temporary power systems at events and applicants who have worked on performing installations on temporary portable accommodation is extremely desirable, but we will consider applications from other electrical backgrounds.

Electrician - Qualifications Required:

- 17th Edition

- Inspection & Testing Qualification

- NICEIC registered

- Knowledge of BS7909 (Desirable)

- Driving Licence
