Salary: Up to £29,000

About the role:
They are looking for a positive and proactive Electrician who enjoys working with customers to join their multi trade team. You will be required to undertake all aspects of electrical work on a range of works, which will include both occupied and vacant properties.
The purpose of the job is to provide an outstanding, “right first time” service to customers, by providing a flexible and efficient response to deliver a wide range of building maintenance and improvement work.
As a competent tradesperson undertaking a range of building maintenance, you will be part of a multi-trade team working with well trained and motivated colleagues who are receptive to continuous improvement and dedicated to the delivery of the annual repairs and improvement services.
You will have significant experience in the built environment with evidence of delivering first class customer service. You must hold a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent recognised competency in Electrical, this will include BS 7671 – 17th Edition, as well as C&G Inspection and Testing and a full driving license.
They are looking for someone with a positive outlook, who is capable of working on their own initiative and able to prioritise tasks.
You will be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and participate within an on call rota in the evening and at the weekend.
In addition to this you may have knowledge of construction related Health, Safety & Welfare legislation.
You will have experience of the following: Electrician, Electrical Works, 17th Edition, City and Guilds, C&G, Multi Skilled Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Repairs, Maintenance, Housing Association, Multi Skilled Operative etc.
