A housing association are looking for an Electrician to start immediately on occupied and Occupied houses in the Birmingham area. You will be working on your own and within a team to complete EICR reports.

Within this role you would be required to work within properties across Birmingham.
*Working on Social Conditioning reports within a domestic properties.
*Working in occupied houses, maintaining a professional work manner on a Monday
The successful candidate for the role of an Electrician should:
*2382-12 (17th edition) or equivalent
*2391 or 2395 Testing equivalent
*J.I.B /ECS gold cardholder
*Full driving license (Own Van or estate sized car)
*Experience of domestic social housing
*Health and safety training preferred (asbestos, working at heights, manual handling)
*Own tools required
*37 hours per week (Mon-Thu 08:45 to 16:45, Fri 08:45 to 16:15) but flexible.
