Working on our prestigious FM contract you will lead the engineering FM delivery on this contract. You’ll be responsible for the service delivery of all electrical bias planned and reactive engineering tasks within the scope of the contract on this corporate HQ. The position is a working electrical maintenance role that includes PPMs and Reactive works in addition to supporting the management team.
We’re looking for someone who has worked as an electrician, lead engineer or engineering supervisor within FM. You will have experience of all aspects of engineering maintenance will full electrical qualifications including 17th Ed. Ideally you will also have financial services or corporate engineering maintenance experience.
In terms of qualifications you’ll have served a recognised apprenticeship in an electrical trade. If you’re multi skilled even better and applicants with Inspection & Testing or F-Gas qualifications will be preferred.
