The company brief:
One of the UK's premium commercial developers who currently build out commercial developments plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Electrician with immediate effect.
A traditional build of new residential flats.
Your new role:
As an Electrician working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 1st & 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in London and your role will involve:
- Installation of containment and conduit
- Installation of tray and basket
- Some 2nd fixing and finals
- Previous in a similar role.
- JIB Gold Card ideally with the relevant job role
- 110v drill & hand tools
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Focused on progress
- Able to follow site drawings
