An excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrician / Domestic Electrical Technician to join a busy, growing and well-respected electrical testing company, trusted and relied on by some of the UK’s largest letting and estate agents, carrying out domestic EICRs and remedial works across Huddersfield and surrounding areas.

SALARY: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum + Plenty of Overtime (Time and a Half on Weekends) + Van + Benefits
LOCATION: Huddersfield and surrounding areas
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, plus plenty of overtime available
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will need a Full Driving Licence (a company van will be provided by the company)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Electrician / Domestic Electrical Technician who is NVQ Level 3 qualified, 18th Edition certified and experienced in domestic testing and inspection.
As an Electrician / Domestic Electrical Technician you will carry out electrical inspections, testing and remedial works mainly on local domestic properties, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Electrician / Domestic Electrical Technician include:
- Conduct Electrical Inspections: Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on domestic properties and accommodation units
- Perform Remedial Work: Complete required follow-up repairs following inspections
- Maintain Standards: Ensure all electrical work is compliant with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Deliver Excellent Service: Provide professional, reliable, and customer-focused service to clients
- Manage Workload Efficiently: Plan daily routes and complete assigned tasks within set timeframes
- Support Team Goals: Contribute to the company’s reputation for quality and reliability
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 3 Qualified Domestic Electrician
- 18th Edition certified
- Inspection and Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent) – desirable
- Experience in domestic electrical testing and inspection
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
