Salary: £34,631 plus benefits
In this role you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Operatives by applying quality procedures, safe working practices and effective planning to ensure completion of work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You'll show efficient and profitable use of the labour resources to ensure satisfactory progress is maintained. You’ll also continually review priorities and deadlines to formulate action plans to deliver cost effective solutions to our clients while ensuring that all works undertaken comply with the appropriate British Standards and any project specific specification.
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you'll act as the main SEC site contact for the client, the client’s representative, and other trades and ensure the timely purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to site.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll have successfully completed a time-served Apprenticeship or another recognised training programme in a relevant trade and will have acquired extensive practical knowledge and competence as a Craftsman Approved Electrician to include experience as a 'leading hand’.
