Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to operate and maintain the building infrastructure, and perform planned & reactive maintenance within London for blue chip clients.

As a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience of working in retail outlets, hospitals, legal and financial institutions, corporate premises and commercial buildings, you will need -

A thorough understanding of building services systems, associated plant, and equipment.

To be able to communicate well, have a "can do" attitude, be able to self-manage, and ensure that their work times are accurately recorded.

To have a good awareness of H&S requirements and statutory requirements/inspections.

To be able carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities

If you are a Building Services Engineers currently working within a base-build high-end, blue chip, commercial environment such as private hospitals, this type of experience would be highly advantageous for this position.

It is also vital that you understand the importance of maintaining a clean working environment when completing tasks within the apartments. Protection, dust-sheets, and overshoes will need to be used to ensure no damage or mess is caused during your service visits.

Normal Hours of work: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, there may be on occasion the requirement to work a split day shift pattern and weekends.
