A great opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in Doncaster on a salary of up to £38,000
Your new company
Our client is a leading Manufacturing organisation based in Doncaster. Due to expansion within the organisation, they have recently recruited multiple engineers and are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer working on continental type of shift (to be discussed in interview).
Your new role
As Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will carry out a range of installation and maintenance work in line with relevant IEE and British standards, to an agreed work schedule. You'll have experience with electrical fault finding, testing and rectification as part of both planned and reactive maintenance. You'll be working to and understanding electrical drawings i.e. installation, circuit diagrams and line schematics. You'll be able to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures. You'll also be able to install and maintain three phase and single phase control gear for motors, pumps, fans and continuous production plant equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience working in an manufacturing environment and have working knowledge and understanding of all relevant British Standards. You'll be qualified to at least City and Guilds level or equivalent under a modern apprenticeship, ideally holding 17th Edition. You'll be required to have experience of AC/DC drives and PLC's.

You will receive a competitive shift salary of £38,000 with additional overtime (at the company's request).
