Electrical Improver - West London - Perm - £24,000 + Overtime
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the West London. The successful candidate will have electrical knowledge with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static compliance engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance.
You will be working within an iconic football stadium in West London, within a team of other engineers from electrical, mechanical and fabric engineers.
The majority of your time at the stadium will be working on lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes etc but may be asked to get involved in other duties when necessary.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 40 Hour Week + Overtime
Due to the number of events at the stadium, there will be plenty of overtime available on site
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;
- Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes
- Emergency light testing
- Electrical fault-finding
- Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
- PAT Testing
- Control Panel maintenance
- Fire alarms
- AHU's/FCU's cleaning
- Electrical biased / qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
