Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for your next challenge? If so we have an opportunity at our Markinch Power Station site, one of the largest Biomass CHP plants in the UK.
As a member of the Operations & Maintenance Team you will provide electrical engineering support in order to deliver the operational, technical and commercial targets of the business.
By providing your electrical engineering expertise, you can expect to be involved in all related aspects of operations and maintenance.
Alongside this you will need to maintain the plant, carry out fault diagnosis, rectify and upgrade whilst demonstrating and maintaining high standards of Health and Safety.
Skills and Experience
You will have an electrical engineering and maintenance background ideally in the power generation business with a thorough knowledge of electrical plant and systems. A robust knowledge of industrial scale process plant operations and an ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment whilst being able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
Ideally educated to HNC/HND level you will be commercially aware, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.

Salary up to £50000 dependent on experience, pension, bonus and other benefits
