Are you looking to take on a new  electrical control panel building role with a nationally respected engineering firm? Would you like to enjoy the trust of your employer to work independently and pro-actively? Our Malvern based client is looking to recruit a new Electrical Control Panel Builder/Fitter due to a period of growth.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team working on wiring control panels and using a wide range of equipment designed for automotive testing. You’ll be using your skills in reading Bill of Materials and schematic drawings to ensure that all electrical and mechanical wiring is completed safely and to a high standard.

You’ll be free to work independently from oversight, as the team you’ll be joining enjoy peer-to-peer support rather than direct management. You’ll be using your experience in panel building and machine wiring to ensure that products are delivered to the agreed timescale and to a high quality.

To succeed in this role you will be:
  • A self-starter that enjoys working one their own but understands when they need to ask for support.
  • Understanding of the following standards BS7671, BS EN 60204-1:2018, and EN13849
  • Have a demonstrable ability to manage personal workload while striving to improve yourself and gain technical skills.
