Description

Full time, permanent. Shift rotation: 4 days (7am-7pm), 4 off, 4 nights (7pm-7am), 4 off.
Key Responsibilities to include:-
* Maintaining electrical equipment to current IEE regulations
* The completion of preventative maintenance schedules
* The operation of workshop equipment
* The completion of relevant documentation
* Carry out mould changes and maintenance
* Providing support to other departments as required
* Attend break downs and rectify faults ensuring that priorities are met
educated to NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and AM2 test or City & Guilds 236 part 2.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to commit to working on a rotating shift basis. You will possess the ability to work safely and promote health and safety within the work place. Experience within a plastics manufacturing environment would be advantageous as would experience of Husky injection equipment or similar. It is preferable that you are educated to NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and AM2 test or City & Guilds 236 part 2.
