-From day one you will be managing a litigated EL/PL caseload. There will be a handover period with an existing fee earner to ensure you're updated on files and feel comfortable managing them. This person will be at close hand to support you in the initial few weeks.
-You will form part of a larger el/pl litigated department that all work very closely together.
-It is essential that you have a good track record of handling your own litigated EL/PL caseload, and will be able to do this from the offset with minimal supervision, from inception to completion.
-Ideally you will be a Chartered Legal Executive or working towards qualification.
-The firm specialise in a lot of Trade Union work and so a background having managed Trade Union work would be ideal but not essential.
-Excellent working environment with a very close knit office.
-Incentives throughout the year such as trips away.
