As an EL/PL Litigator, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability cases, mostly litigated. You will be required to act as a first point of contact for clients, so you will always be required to provide an excellent client service. You will be expected to constantly build on your knowledge to ensure that you are always developing and progressing your career. You will work within a large team, who will provide you with support and guidance, as well as excellent training.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to following experience/skills:
* Personal injury experience - litigation experience ideally
* Legal qualifications are preferable but not essential
* Confident communicator
* An excellent telephone manner
* Client care skills and experience
* Case handling experience
* A team-player
* The desire to progress your career with a leading law firm
