We specialise in providing Schools, Universities and Colleges with teachers and support staff. In addition we provide support staff to Housing Associations and Residential Establishments. We have recently relocated to prestigious offices in Brindley Place and have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding team. We are looking for an Education Resourcer / Compliance Administrator. The role involves:
- Attracting candidates: By advertising, use of social media, holding recruitment open days, referrals.
- Interviewing and ensuring candidate compliance.
- Developing relationships with new and existing candidates.
- Meeting KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
Ideally you will have some recruitment experience and be familiar with the education system. You will need to be a confident, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential as is working as a team. You will be looking for a long term career move, therefore offering commitment and stability.
