This is the perfect opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant that is looking for a change in their Recruitment career, Three60 is currently working with a nationwide specialist Education Recruitment Agency that is based in the heart of Bristol that is looking to add to their evergrowing team!
This is an opportunity for someone that enjoys building strong relationships with clients and candidates in a competitive market. You will be working on a warm desk, covering the South West location, working with SEND Schools to meet their educational needs! The agency has an extensive database for Consultants to access and utilise along with a variety of job boards to broaden your reach! Due to the clients that the Recruitment team work with, integrity and rapport building is key. You will be working extremely closely with local authorities to understand and fill their requirements. The team is lively and outgoing and is looking for a like-minded consultant to join them! Offering a warm base of clients that has the potential to really flourish after some TLC has been shown. The agency offers a competitive basic salary, variety in works hours, severely reduced working hours during the school holidays, a competitive commission structure that has no threshold with the ability to start earning from day one! If you think you’re up to the challenge of running a busy Education desk, you must meet the following criteria;
- Experience on a temporary desk as a 360 Consultant
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, quickly
- Ability to generate new business
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hold full UK driving licence
- Have a good understanding of the Education sector
