The role is full time, 5 days a week and the hours are 9am - 6pm , though we will consider 4 days a week.
The role is to advertise, recruit and interview SEN teachers and teaching assistants who the SEN team will then place on to jobs. Vetting , taking references and clearing candidates will also be part of the role.
You will be placing adverts, searching databases and using technology a lot of the time so strong computer and IT skills are key to the role. You will need to be motivated and a strong communicator on the phone as you will need to "enthuse" teachers and SEN teaching assistants about our schools.
We are looking for someone dynamic and versatile with a hard -working, resilient approach who will be up for the challenge to meet targets. Above all you will need to be an excellent communicator who is good on the phone and ideally has an interest in Education , Recruitment and special need schools .
A passion or experience of working in schools or with children with special needs in the past would also be very useful as this will help the successful Resourcer to understand the types of candidates we are striving to attract.
This role is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate and an excellent way in to Recruitment.
This role is to start immediately so interviews will be held week commencing Monday 29th January.
