EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Posted 6 February by Teaching Personnel Ltd

Did you train as a teacher but don't necessarily want to be in the classroom? Do you want to maintain that link with education but work in an office environment with like-minded individuals in a company with an upbeat, reward driven culture? Perhaps it's time to consider a career in EDUCATION RECRUITMENT? At Teaching Personnel we are looking for a graduate who embodies the TP spirit looking to work in a great company with great people and building a great career!

Great Company

We are looking for a graduate to join us as an Education Recruitment Consultant in our London Bridge office using their education knowledge in the resourcing and recruiting of quality teachers and support staff for local schools.

This is hard work and it requires a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; carrying out interviews, regular face-to-face client visits to build relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising.

Great Career

From day one, along with an intensive induction programme, you will be part of tpGROW, which is an industry leading development programme; where you can expect to be continuously supported throughout and be provided with all the resources required in order to have a successful career at Teaching Personnel.

Along with an excellent starting salary and uncapped performance related commission, you will have the opportunity to be promoted up to 4 times a year, with the potential to increase your earnings by up to £11k within your first year. You'll also have access to a large range of other benefits including:

  • Reduced working hours in school holidays;
  • Generous holiday entitlement which increases with service;
  • Additional cash bonuses for performance;
  • Regular incentives and prizes;
  • Discounted gym membership;
  • Discounts on purchases at a large selection of national retailers;
  • Contributory stakeholder pension, life assurance and a childcare voucher scheme.

Great People

Our teams all pull together and the harder you work the more rewards you have the chance to earn. There is a very collaborative learning environment where everyone's thoughts and ideas are supported and encouraged.

After all that hard work, we're also a very social bunch! Aside from frequent branch and regional nights out we have regular company-wide events which give everyone a chance to get together and celebrate our combined efforts and achievements.

Future opportunities also exist to train and then take on a management role if that is where you would like your career to go.

For this opportunity we are looking for individuals who are educated to a degree level and who believe in the same things we do - the desire to provide a quality and professional service to the teachers and schools who rely on us.

A great 'can do' attitude, confidence, drive and the ability to work well in a team sales environment will help you make this a success.

If you would like the opportunity to discuss your long term career prospects with us then we would love to hear from you. Please apply with an up to date CV and covering letter.
