The role involves
Managing a new desk in further education
Managing candidates: - Recruiting, interviewing and ensuring compliance.
Developing client relationships: - Client visits and calls.
Meeting KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
Using initiative to be successful.
You will have a recruitment background, ideally within secondary / primary education and be familiar with the education system. You will need to be a confident, hard-working individual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential as is working as a team. You will be looking for a long term career move, therefore offering commitment and stability.
