Our client in Hove is a well established and innovative business within the Education sector. They specialise in professional development and are very well respected in the industry.
They are currently looking for an experience Account Manager to join their team. You will have to be enthusiastic, dynamic and have the ability to accommodate a varying workload and prioritise.
We are ideally looking for a bright and confident individual with a background in account management. Experience within the Education sector is also valuable.
Basic salary to start at £24,000 plus commission bringing up the first year salary to £27,000 - £29,000
You will be managing a portfolio of clients and help them to set up, integrate and make the most of the software provided by the company. You will have to ensure they are making the most out of it and getting the best results as well as ensuring the relationship between the client and the company continues to run smoothly.
- To drive successful customer implementation and wide spread adoption of the technology
- Account manage the customer journey
- To maintain frequent level of contact with customers in specified regions
- Commercial focuses: Renewals, referrals, additional training requirements
- Schedule and deliver training workshops in schools and online
- Working with our partner reseller community teams to encourage collaborative practice
The position is mainly office based but you may be required to travel to schools in the South East to help implement and train on the software.
You must be able to drive and have your own car.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Salary £24,000 with pay review after 6 months. You will also be able to earn an extra £3,000 to £5,000 in bonuses/commission on top of your basic salary.
