Education Account Manager

Salary: £25k - £30k + a bonus scheme
Job Location: Central London, UK
Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Our client is searching for an individual to make a daily difference to the lives of students they support by helping them obtain the education they need to succeed in their careers.


- Provide warm and personalised high-touch, high-quality, and high-tech support via phone, email, and text to effectively serve the complex needs of consumers
- Execute strategies to improve retention and satisfaction
- Utilise a proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for reporting purpose
- Meet all internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills

- Passion for helping individuals
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment and ability to adjust priorities as circumstances dictate
- Receptive to feedback and coaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have sound computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office programs, navigating multiple software programmes simultaneously, and managing high volumes of phone calls and emails
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies such as Microsoft Office, CRM environments, email clients, telephony systems, etc.
- Highly proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete assigned duties in an organised and detailed fashion
- Take initiative to assist and support others

Work in Higher Education is an advantage but not essential
