The Online Trading Manager will sit within the digital team, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and reporting into the Head of Ecommerce. The role will oversee a direct report also.
With a large emphasis on online trading, the Online Trading Manager will successfully implement trading strategies across VM, customer journey and onsite conversion whilst also looking at Ecommerce shoots and budget management.
The role will suit someone who is highly strategic, as well as results driven. The ideal candidate will have luxury experience alongside a proven track record in online trading and Ecommerce.
- Take ownership of the onsite trading and content management
- Initiating a successful online trading strategy
- Monitoring and improving the customer journey on site
- Management of the Ecommerce Assistant
