Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic eCommerce Manager (£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a national, leisure business based in Hemel. The role itself has flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

Leading the digital & ecommerce team, your responsibilities would include:

•The e-commerce Manager will support the development and implementation of the digital acquisition and retention strategies for the company and will be our digital customer champion.

•Implement data analysis and ecommerce best practise to drive engagement rates, conversion and revenue contribution.

•Deliver monthly reporting and data analysis, identifying trends, learnings and ongoing recommendations to improve ecommerce and website performance.

•Improve the end-to-end customer journey online, through UX, A/B testing, merchandising, marketing automation and personalisation of website and paid digital advertising channels .

•Working alongside our IT team and agencies to build new websites and booking engines and improve conversion rates through continual optimisation of the customer journey utilising customer insights, CDP functionality and analytics.

•Utilise a range of acquisition techniques including SEO and partnerships.

•Develop and implement the SEO strategy, ensuring SEO best-practise, identifying new content and implementing technical fixes where necessary.

•Keep local listing sites updated to ensure best practice for search engines and directory sites.

•Support the implementation and development of performance media automation.

•Line management & development of an initial team of 1.
