My client are Europe’s leading provider of shopping centre and retailer Gift Cards. Established in 2001 they have grown every year, providing services to 180+ shopping centres in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Italy, Finland & Dubai, and with an ever-increasing international presence and a bright future with plans to for growth in other European countries in 2018.

Among its clients they can count FTSE 250 and blue chip companies and their services include provision point of sale (ePOS & mPOS) systems found at the customer information desks in centres, multilingual contact Centre services, Ecommerce and fulfilment services a full finance & reconciliation service, and centre support for transaction and hardware issues. With offices in Newcastle Upon Tyne (head office), Dubai and Poland, at the heart of their business is technology underpinning all the services in which they deliver.

The Role

They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Ecommerce Coordinator/Manager to join the ever-expanding team based in Newcastle City Centre. The Ecommerce offering is a core part of the sales channels. They currently design and manage in excess of 200 shopping centre gift card sites for our clients located throughout the world. The post holder will "own" ecommerce within the business managing all aspects of the sites and any stakeholder relationships. There will be an element of project management experience required to support in implementing new site functionality and enhancements.

They are looking for a Coordinator to bring to the team;

  • An understanding of content management systems to be able to effectively audit, review and update content and images as an when required

  • Manage the day to day requests raised by clients to further enhance their sites

  • Maintain each site to ensure content is up to date and updates made in timely manner

  • Conduct regular audits of the sites

  • Produce regular reporting on site performance and output to the Head of Operations and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to support in bespoke ecommerce development projects

  • Work closely with our client relations and implementations and IT teams to ensure sites are managed and developed in line with requirements whilst managing their expectations

  • Support clients in implementing custom tracking code and reporting on results

  • Management of our GA accounts

  • Support the Head of Operations in development to roadmap for our Ecommerce solutions.
