My client is a global-leader in high quality consumer products in household and garden. In 2016 the company was taken over by a business turning over in excess of £1b.
Due to a re structure, an eCommerce Channel Manager position has become vacant. The role is focused on the e-commerce channel, managing a portfolio of accounts including Amazon, Shop Direct and Argos among others and be responsible for a turnover of £40m. The role has 2 direct reports, a National Account Manager and a National Account Executive.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce accounts, especially Amazon including vendor central is essential. Whilst you will be offered full support from the senior team, you should be able to work autonomously and have a good level of commercial acumen. You must be a team player and have the hunger and ambition to succeed at a market leading business. The role is home based with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of 1 day a week.
Ideally. The successful candidate will have experience within Garden, Home or other closely related industry experience. People management experience is essential.
