EBD Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching are working with a "good" client school in Oldham (OL4). The school are looking for two Teaching Assistant to start after the Easter break to work with pupils with challenging behaviour in Year 6 and in Key Stage 2. One Teaching Assistant will work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with challenging behaviours and the other will work with groups of identified pupils with EBD. The incoming Teaching Assistant must have initiative and the ability to support a pupil with SEMH issue

*Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviours

*Ability to engage the pupil and ensure they can access curriculum

*Have a Level 3 Qualification or higher/Degree in Education

You will be joining a "good" school around 5 mins drive away from Oldham centre (OL4). The school serves the local community and has a higher percentage of pupils with SEN than average. The incoming Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work within a warm and welcoming staff team and with a strong.
