You must be a passionate graduate who has previous experience supporting children. We want to meet EBD/SEMH Mentors who can efficiently deal with any obstacles to learning and adapt to new situations with greater levels of responsibility. The chosen EBD Teaching Assistant must possess a true consideration for the welfare of pupils and incomparable relationship building skills. The school are hoping for anEBD/SEMH Mentors who is able to easily explain complex ideas coherently.

In this EBD/SEMH Mentors role, will be supporting the development a specific pupil who has EBD requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing vital teaching skills under the tutelage of a progressive SENCO, who plays an active role in the development of every member of their team. The SENCO at this school is an outstanding practitioner and you will learn a great deal from them that can shape your future teaching career.
