Day Webster are presently recruiting EBD LSA’s on behalf of a Pupil Referral Unit based in West Drayton, Hillingdon.
- EBD LSA
- Full-time, long-term to permanent position
- Immediate start
The students that attend the PRU have been fixed term or permanently excluded from their mainstream school or some of these pupils may just require additional support.
It is an OFSTED graded ‘Good’ PRU who provide education for up to 100 students from the age of 5 to 21 years old.
In this position as an LSA you will be assisting the students as well as the Teacher. You will be supporting these students within the classroom, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is a committed and confident LSA with a sincere passion to help each student be the best they can. You must have previously worked with challenging children and should have the ability to face various challenges in a calm and approachable manner.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience working with challenging children
- Have a valid DBS
