Are you interested in working with smaller sized classrooms of around 8-10 students?

The Role - EBD English Teacher
For this English Teaching post you will be required to teach class sizes of 8-10 and all students have emotional behavioural difficulties and some have other complex needs. You will be teaching at KS3 and KS4 level and so experience teaching English at GCSE level is essential. As an English Teacher within an EBD School you must have very strong behaviour management skills as all students present varied levels of challenging behaviour.

The School - EBD English Teacher
Found in the London Borough of Lewisham, this EBD School caters for students aged between 11-16 years that have behavioural difficulties and some show signs of Mental Health problems. Class sizes are of around 8-10 students, you will be supported in class by at least one Learning Support Assistant. Early last year this SEN School received a 'Good' Ofsted report and has shown continuous improvement so far this academic year.
