At Career Legal we run a very busy temporary Front of House team and are coming into our busiest period and need to increase our temporary Reception team by 40%. If you work part-time in retail and are looking to try out a corporate environment, if you are a parent looking for work whilst your child is at school or a student looking for some spending money for the holidays, we can help you and are very flexible in the hours we can offer.
Our temp roles vary from 4 hours per day to full time weeks and long term position too and will work around your availability and schedule.
Duties vary from site to site and can include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to a very high standard
- Answering and transferring calls to the relevant person/team
- Booking couriers and taxi’s
- Booking and managing meeting rooms
- Floor walks
- Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Serving refreshments
- Replenishing meeting rooms
- Raising any maintenance issues with management
