Early Years Teaching Assistant Required to Work One to One With a Reception Aged Pupil in South Liverpool

Your new company
You will be working in a small primary school based near Liverpool City Centre. This school has great ties in the community.

Your new role
You will be required to work in the reception class with a girl with mild autism who lacks basic communication skills. This role requires you to be hands on as well as offering nurturing and caring support to one specific child. You will also be tasked with helping the class teacher with the classroom management and all other day to day activities within the classroom.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role as a teaching assistant you will need to have relevant experience within the last 2 years that can be referenced. Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification but this is not a necessity. Most importantly you will need to have a caring personality and be flexible in your approach to work.
