A client primary school in the borough of Birmingham have approached Edustaff in helping recruit a qualified teacher for their Foundation Stage. This new role is to start in September and is permanent and full time. With the school focused on obtaining ‘Outstanding’ status they are in need of only the best candidates, ideally a teacher that has two years’ post qualification experience. However, if you’re a fantastic NQT with ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ lesson observations on your professional placements then you will also be considered.
The school is based within two miles of Birmingham town centre and is an expanding two form entry school. From September, the number of pupils will increase in the school with the eventual future outcome of being a three-form entry.
The school is currently classed as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in all departments and they are now putting in to action plans to reach outstanding. One of the major contributing factors to this current and their future success is recruiting exceptional teachers who are committed, enthusiastic and not afraid to be creative in their approach to the curriculum and learning.
