Job Title: Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Educator
Location: Islington, North London
Start Date: November 2025
Pay: £110-£120 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Various shift patterns - 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

A welcoming and well-established nursery in Islington is seeking a passionate, nurturing and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join their wonderful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a setting that values high-quality early education, child-led exploration and warm, meaningful relationships.

The successful candidate will join a team that embraces creativity, champions play-based learning and supports every child's unique development. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong Early Years knowledge and a genuine love for working with young children.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)

• Have hands-on experience working with children aged 6 months-4 years in a nursery or EYFS setting

• Understand the EYFS framework and can plan fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate activities

• Can support children's personal, social and emotional development through a caring, relationship-focused approach

• Are confident completing observations, assessments and maintaining high-quality documentation

• Work well within a team and help create a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment

• Hold Paediatric First Aid (desirable, not essential)
