This Early Years Phase Leader role will see you take on a senior post within the school. As a member of the senior management team you will report to the Assistant Head and be responsible for a team of five teachers plus one trainee teacher and seven support staff. Your timetable will include teaching outstanding lessons, managing your team and improving lesson quality by ensuring your teachers are accessing the full EYFS curriculum.
