About the Role
A large primary school in The London Borough of Wandsworth are recruiting for an experienced, qualified Early Years Educator with at least 2 years' experience working in a mainstream school. The school requires someone that has had previous experience working with children with additional needs to work in a Reception class, taking on a proactive role in a classroom of 30 children. There is severe complexity to this role, the school are looking to appoint someone who has both experiences with the Early Years Curriculum and supporting children with Autism.

It is a 3-form entry school within proximity to the main line station. The school's motto is 'High achievement in a caring community'. The majority of their end of key stage results (EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2) are at or above national standards.

Requirements for the Role:

The school will only consider candidates who have been educated to degree level.
You should have strong behaviour management skills, as there are some challenging children in this class.
It is important to have good organisational skills and the ability to set clear, developmental learning targets for all pupils

Rate of Pay and Working hours
£80 per day depending on experience, working hours of 08.30am - 16:00pm

You must have recent and a minimum of one years' experience working in primary schools. This experience must be relative to this role. If you do not have this experience we unfortunately will not be able to continue with your application
