A lovely opportunity has arisen for an Early Years ASD Teacher in a school in the Bromley borough.

Reed Education are looking to appoint a dedicated, creative and innovative SEN Teacher looking for a new long term role. It is to teach a class of students who are on the Autistic spectrum, at maximum capacity it will be a class of 9. The role is to cover Maternity leave, starting as soon as possible before the current teacher goes on leave, and will continue for the rest of the academic year.

This Ofsted rated Good school has exceptionally well behaved children both within lessons and around the school. The school have an aspirational approach to their school and teaching. They provide the most inspirational learning experiences and celebrate every child's individual achievement.

The ideal candidate will teach the national curriculum which will be delivered via an individualised, adapted and sometimes sensory approach, to enable learning opportunities and access for all.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have experience working with multiple children on the Autistic spectrum, as well as experience teaching Early Years/ Year 1. You must also hold QTS within the UK.

There is good transport links very close to the school as well as on street parking available.

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00. We also need to be able to obtain 2 recent references. A face to face meeting is always required but we can visit more local to you, but we encourage you to come and meet us in our office.
