This is a unique opportunity to become truly immersed in the workings of an extremely well established business based in Mayfair, acting as an extension to the Chairman/Owner. He has huge growth plans for the future, so although they have been trading for almost a century, the feel is that of an exciting new venture. This is a fascinating role, where your passion for the literary world will be fully utilised. As his right hand, you will ensure he has all the information required for meetings that you have organised, planned and often attended with both current and potential UHNWI clients, following up these meetings with action plans, correspondence and next steps. You will also help with pitches and proposals. Your main purpose is to ensure the Chairman and the senior leadership team are well briefed and prepared for the meetings and to ensure an follow ups are carried out in a timely manner and with the appropriate contact. To be considered for this role you will need to be an extremely articulate graduate, who can work under pressure to tight deadlines and have high attention to detail. If you have experience working as a PA/Office Manager in a busy office, with a strong interest in the literary world and want to be part of a fun, lively and very interesting environment, then this could be for you.
