My international Private Equity Client is setting up an office in Frankfurt, Germany and they are looking for a bi-lingual English and German speaker to oversee the setting up of the office and to support the Executives from an EA standpoint.
It is a small satellite operation to begin with, but one where activity is expected to increase markedly given the company does a lot of business in Germany.
You need to be happy working as part of a small team to begin with and ideally have experience of setting up systems etc. You'll be liaising with the other international offices a lot and on the other side will be providing EA support, so need utmost confidence in managing calendars across different timezones and organising busy and ever-changing diaries.
