My client is seeking a German speaking (native) PA to join their successful and rapidly growing firm based in Hamburg, Germany. This part of the business specialises in asset ownership and management of logistics equipment - they are an impressive outfit with ambitious growth plans. A dynamic and multi-faceted role supporting two very busy Managing Directors with PA support: organising team meetings, extensive diary management, presentation preparation and minuting meetings. You will also oversee legal contracts and be required to make amendments to CPAs and loan agreements. You will be highly organised and take a pro-active approach ensuring your Directors are on track with key projects and deadlines. In addition, you will have a team focused and can-do approach as this role involves HR duties across the wider team of 30. Duties to include onboarding, tracking holiday and sickness and ensuring the HR system is up-to-date with accurate and current information. The office consists of the wider group with 70-80 employees in total and this position will take on office management duties, overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the office, alongside the other Team Assistants and PAs. Whilst industry experience isn’t essential, you will come to this role with prior experience in a similar position and be well placed to join a thriving, dynamic and high achieving team.
