EA Assistant role for busy Kensington property company. £22-25k + benefits

This prestigious organisation has been in the property and asset management market for a number of years. They currently manage an impressive portfolio of over 300+ residential and commercial properties around West London. They are known for putting their clients before all else and have adapted to changing market trends and client needs to significantly grow their business.
Your new role
As an EA Assistant, you will be supporting the EA to the Managing Director and Chairman of the organisation. Your tasks will include diary management, arranging and preparing meetings and making travel arrangements. You will also be supporting the EA with daily administration and secretarial duties including proof reading, document formatting, updating and maintaining company policies and records, data entry and preparing Powerpoint presentations. General administration duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, binding, laminating, mailings, maintaining a database. Organising events, volunteering days and ad hoc fundraisers will also fall within your remit.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a role assisting another individual and proficient use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook. You will need to be both personable and professional.
Previous experience in the property sector would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
£22-25,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (exclusive of Bank Holidays)
