E-Learning Content Creator

If e-learning for you is about creativity, creating engaging content through a range of mediums, understanding what the business wants, is clear about training, and is part of the development journey of the organisation, then we’re off to a good start.

If you are skilled in video production, audio editing can tell a story through creative mediums, with an understanding of learning, then this may just turn your head.

The organisation is well established, but is now modernising. With a new management team they are ambitious and open to change. Commercially they are strong, growing both in head-count, sales, and revenue. In the next several years they have plans for a 25% increase in sites, and to enable this they need the right people with the right skills in place.

In the last year Training has moved to L&D, and the business strategy has been translated to the people agenda. The culture is commercial, they react to external market changes swiftly, recognise and generously incentivise their teams; they are very down to earth, and don't speak in management jargon.

A new CEO is on board, and with regards to L&D and e-learning, he just gets it. So, banging your head against a brick wall isn’t required.

This is a new e-learning team, working with a creative line manager, who is passionate about e-learning and how it blends with their L&D team. He is now looking for a content creator to work with him. He has already started making a change in the business. But as this is business looking to increase their sites across the UK by 25% there is plenty to do.

Being a new role and new function you can really make a mark it’s like working with a blank sheet. Can you fill it?

Oh, they’re also a good bunch, strong team ethic, lots of social events, here and abroad. But no pool table or bean bags.
