SAI Global, a global Risk Management Services provider, is looking to recruit an E-Learning Administrator to join our team office on a permanent basis. Responsible for providing services and support to SAI Global’s E-learning clients throughout the UK and EMEA, the role will oversee the administration and roll-out of e-learning programmes, including managing full deployment of courses to our clients, via SAI’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Critical to the role will be the ability to be able to deal with multiple deadlines whilst ensuring courses are provided to all appropriate stakeholders against client specific requirements to ensure a seamless service. Accuracy and attention to detail are key in order to ensure service delivery. As part of the role, occasional travel may also be required within Europe to visit clients. An overview of the main duties has been provided below:

  • Configure SAI’s LMS to support client specific programmes and courses;

  • Manage the import, set up and maintenance of client data, including the creation and sending of email invitations to specific user groups;

  • Work alongside the Programme Manager to help detail and build client requirements and monitor the deployment and take up of courseware by users;

  • Produce system-generated reports on a regular basis to meet specific client reporting requirements;

  • Configure changes to systems as required by the client;

  • Provide regular update calls with clients, with occasional face to face meetings;

  • Troubleshoot client issues in conjunction with the support team.

Experience and Skillset required:

  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills;

  • Excellent IT skills (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new technologies;

  • Experience of CRM or database system administration;

  • Ability to work to client SLA’s;

  • The confidence to deal directly with international clients at management level;

  • Highly organised;

  • Client focused attitude;

  • Good problem solving skills.

Alongside the experience and skillset listed above, it would also be desirable in the candidate had the following:

  • Knowledge of and exposure to e-learning;

  • Experience of working with and administering Learning Management Systems, CRM systems or similar;

  • Experience in a customer-focused, business-to-business environment.

  • A positive customer-focused attitude;

  • Ability to think on your feet, multitask and use initiative;
