What you'll be doing each day:

As a EC Sales Director, you will be responsible for
·Reporting to Sales Director
·P&L (Sales, Profit, Cash Flow, Cost Management)
·Sales, Business Analysis
·Targeting for EC marketing and operations
·Developing EC business strategy, Marketing Plan, Operations, Logistics and management.
·Staff management and corporate philosophy understanding within the group


The skills you need to succeed:

·Previous EC business management/ Online marketing experience including sales strategy development, operation plan and P&L management in the UK market.
·Senior management, Corporate Planning (P&L) experience is preferable
·FMCG Sales, marketing and branding management experience
·Network within the UK marketing sector - ideally fitness, sports gym etc.
·Strong passion for the company products
·Native level of English communication skill
·Strong digital marketing skill or well-known digital marketing
·Understand and sympathise the company culture and philosophy and willing to prove the leadership skills.
·Open, honest and positive mindset, with a passion for challenges and a sense of duty to complete tasks.
·Proactive worker, self-motivator, strong executional skills
·Challenges him/herself looking for new ideas
