As a fast growing independent plumbing and heating merchants, with branches and showrooms across London and the Home Counties, we are expanding and developing our Online Sales Head Office team in Epsom. We are now looking to recruit a creative, committed and enthusiastic E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to assist with our Online Sales website development.
Note: This position is Epsom office based and cannot be done remotely.
Your duties will include:
- The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant will assist in the day-to-day running of the E-Commerce site, including uploading of content, daily site walks and optimisation of the site.
- Working with the Online Sales/E-Commerce team to process orders, answer customer queries and provide general administration support.
- Updating our expanding and diverse product listings on our own newly launched website.
- Raising sales invoices, shipping of orders, processing credit card payments and completion of daily taking sheets.
- Shipping of customer orders and assisting with the control and management of stock.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and liaising regarding deliveries.
- Previous experience working in eBay and Amazon sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have experience with specialised software to assist with product and sales management.
- Capable of adapting to different tasks on an ad hoc basis; maybe required to assist in other elements of the business such as packing orders.
This role is for immediate start and working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, and Saturday morning on a rota basis.
