Dynamics CRM Business Development Manager £60K - £75k + Double OTE
My client is looking for an accomplished Dynamics Sales professional with a strong background in selling CRM systems to cross train into the Salesforce channel. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge with a great product to sell.
You will be accustomed to presenting to C-Level and important stakeholders throughout the Sales Cycle and have a committed - customer centric - approach to Business Development while maintaining strong achievement against targets with a history of evidence of this success. You will be field-based with a focus on the South of England and will have experience managing a Sales territory previously with the ability to be out on the road for up to 3 days a week. In return, you will be on a very generous base salary and working on a great commission structure making the OTE fully attainable (it was produced using data from other Business Development Managers in the same role).
You will be reporting to the Sales Director and will have a great deal of autonomy to work the role. While a Marketing and Lead Generation function is provided as a support, you will be expected to utilise some of your own ability to create leads and shape your path. Required Skills & Experience:
* Dynamics CRM Software Sales experience - with provable track record.
* Wider knowledge of the challenges facing modern Mid-Market businesses.
* Good network of contacts across the UK ERP market.
* Full, clean, UK driving license.
