Dynamics 365 / CRM / Power Platform / Manchester or Dublin - Frequent travel required £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car allowance + 10% bonus The Client I am working with a Microsoft gold partner based in the north-west and Ireland, they are looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM developer. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the team at a time of rapid growth and success, and make a real difference on significant long-term projects. The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with Dynamics 365 and knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications. In addition, they will have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects with proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis and requirements gathering. The successful consultant will be responsible for the implementation and extension of CRM software and inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practices to ensure its features are utilised to their maximum. You will ideally have commercial experience working within a tech consultancy environment. This role offers excellent career progression through working on commercial development of systems. What’s needed for me to be considered? - Extensive knowledge of configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - Experience of conduct solution testing and assist the client with user acceptance testing - Proactively lead with best practices throughout the system implementation - Guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates - Execute data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles - Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites - Leading or participating in business discovery and requirements sessions with key stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system - Analysis of the client’s business, developing an understanding of their objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business - Assisting the PMO team with planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client - Generating estimates for implementation tasks - The ability to travel and work away from home with occasional overnight stays when customer or business needs dictate - Ability to communicate with and present to all levels within a prospect’s business - Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously - Build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners - Full UK driving licence What next?
