Dynamics 365 Consultant

My client are a privately owned nationwide Housing Association Main Contractor with a vast amount experience in the Education, Retail, Health, Heritage, Design and Build, Commercial and Public Sectors. They’ve recently invested in new software across the business which now means a new requirement for a Dynamics 365 Consultant to help develop and implement across the wider group.

Essentials for the role:

  • Field service Dynamics 365 implementation (Full cycle implementation) - using knowledge to design, develop and implement the system
  • Housing association / Reactive maintenance experience
  • Work Order Management
  • Schedule board and dispatch configuration (Routing and guidance for field work force)
  • Supply chain management
  • Resource management
  • Inventory management
  • Customer billing and invoicing
  • Customer portal design
  • Data migration
  • Interface development for clients
  • Experience in training/coaching staff in Field Service 365

Non-essential for the role:

  • Large project experience
  • Data interfaces with finance packages
  • Microsoft Stack component Knowledge; Power BI, Office 365 & Server
  • Participate in transition meetings for Field Service

Sort of person:

  • Strong analytical background
  • Understand complex scheduling programmes
  • Able to explain detailed technical issues in a clear and precise manner
  • Delegate and train where necessary
  • Manage project timescales
  • Gather and document business processes
  • Using the latest software to improve efficiencies
