The Duty Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel’s daily operations, responding to guest’s needs and co-ordinating between all departments. You will act as the first point of contact for all queries and issues raised by guests or staff. Ensuring all departments are operating efficiently and taking action where needed.
You should have experience of working in a similar role or a senior front of house position.
